Refunds

The Program’s refund policy is as follows:

1. The Elective Handling fee is fully refunded only in the event that the applicant is not accepted for an elective.

2. Payments for Electives and/or Housing may be partly refunded under the following conditions:     

  A. We require written notification of cancellation no less than 15 days before the  beginning of the elective in question. Cancellations received later than 15 days in advance will not be eligible for any refund whatsoever.

       B. € 120 of each scheduled elective rotation is non-refundable.

      C. € 140 of each scheduled housing period is non-refundable.

      3. These guidelines are not negotiable.
